I am very disappointed with the service offered by Urban Gypsy Tattoo Parlour. I arranged an appointment which was cancelled 1 hour 20 mins beforehand by Cherry. I also bought and applied the numbin...
I am very disappointed with the service offered by Urban Gypsy Tattoo Parlour. I arranged an appointment which was cancelled 1 hour 20 mins beforehand by Cherry. I also bought and applied the numbing cream which cost £7.40 which was advised to be applied 1 hour 30 mins before the appointment. When I asked for my deposit of £10 back it was declined. I do feel this was not my fault and that Cherry could have been more understanding, the response received was very unprofessional.
