Got the most amazing work done by Mike not long ago. Not only did he adapt my idea into something workable and beautiful but also made me feel fully at ease by playing some great music. The atmosphere was welcoming and the studio was clean, and even though I was the only one getting tattood at the time, it was still professional. well that can I say! what could of been a painful experience turned into one of the best tattoo experiences I've had! I don't normally talk during a tattoo I like to zone out, but the conversations with mike were flowing and all sense of pain had gone out the window! I've waited 6 years for this tattoo and never could imagine it to come out like it has! Even getting down to the last half hour of a full day those with tattoos know what white ink can be like, mike was brilliant with me and kept the reassurance I'm doing good! Visited Swansea tattoo lab today ..as it's the only place I would have tattoos purely because of the amazing customer service , amazing art work, customer care and amazing hygiene standards also because mike Thomas and Winnie along with there new amazing artist mikela ! Top class sums up the tattoo lab!!! Had a full day sitting to start a sleeve with mikela, who was brilliant from start to finish, wasn't 100% sure of designs but i was open to ideas which she helped with and the final design turned out better than i expected. nothing is too much hassle for these guys when it comes to making that perfect design, the shop is a relaxed place to be and you're made welcome from the moment you walk in and is exceptionally clean!!!! I have been here a few times and I can say wholeheartedly that every time has been fantastic. Once you step in the studio you are greated by the staff which are friendly, enthusiastic and professional to a very high standard. You will also notice how the studio is clean and tidy which is what you want to have in this type of establishment. If you have designs which you want to change up a bit etc. then you will not be dissapointed as the staff will spend time to discuss with you what is good etc. Mike is awesome for portrait work so if you want realism he is the artist for you. For the overall experience you get professionalism and its just a very high standard. The prices are very good for the standard of work you are getting.
