Lovely staff always shown upmost of respect to me during my treatments. Thy are very strict with there protocols, which gives me reassurance. To date I have found the team very helpful, professional and sensitive to my needs. I do not recommend this place ONE bit. went to get some help with break outs. acne. They gave me product that made it worse and the skin peel wasn't helpful. yes they say you need to allow things to settle for it , to work. But this did not happen for me and things only got heavier. SINCE I HAVE completely trashed everything and stopped going there i Only use a hydration serum from Mabel & Meg and all my spots has gone and even the scars are so much less visible.Read Less

Just finished 6 sysilic acid face peels. (Not sure on the spelling of sysilic) anyways the girls are all very nice but the treatments in my case did not work the way I wanted, nothing really changed. I tried asking what I could do to remove the red acne scars and never got much of an answer. There products are all overly expensive and when I look online at the same products from other companies they are way cheaper. Example they sell the helocare oil free gel SPF50 sun cream for £29:50 and when I check another site the cheapest was £15:39, as I say the girls are nice enough but I wouldn't go for treatment again at this place, Sorry Read Less

Awful experience here!! Stay away!! I went for a consultation 2 years ago as I was interested in a course of chemical face peels. Instead i was talked in to a treatment called the C02RE laser. This cost approx £1000 plus consultation fees!! I was initially told that my consultation fees would be deducted from the cost of the treatment. This turned out to be in-correct!!! Anyway the nurse convinced me that the C02RE laser would be the best treatment for me and would give me maximum results with minimum down time, she said it was very popular and highly recommended. I was told that i'd only need a one off treatment as opposed to several treatments if i had gone with the cheaper option of the chemical peel. So I trusted them, saved some money over a few months and booked in for the treatment. Biggest mistake of my life!! The treatment left me with horrible hyper-pigmentation marks on my face!! Plus there was absolutely ZERO improvement on my skin tone, texture etc on the areas that weren't left scarred!! Went back for a consultation with Dr McKay who seemed somewhat dis-interested. He gave me a cream to use on the hyper-pigmentation which was completely useless! A point to note here is that the areas of my face left with scars were the exact areas that the doctor told me he was going to "use a higher laser setting" on! Coincidence?? Well after several complaint emails back and forward between myself and the clinic manager where I was asking for a refund, they finally stopped responding to me and simply brushed it under the carpet. I have since been to 2 different dermatologists, who between them have managed to fix my skin. They have both said that they believe that "in-correct laser settings" were used during my treatment at SK:N Glasgow, and that the cream I was prescribed was simply "cosmetic" strength and would in no way help with the horrific marks I was left with! So i basically paid over £1000 for Dr McKay at SK:N Glasgow to ruin my skin and provide me with bad customer service!!
