I was very impressed with the service at LAZR, Andrew was very informative and tells you truthfully what can be achieved and how long it may take. I have had my eyebrows done elsewhere and they always scabbed up so much for days after, but with Andrew very minimal which was great for me as I work in the beauty industry and need my face on most days! Once I booked my tattoo removal appointment I received both text and email reminders (which was extremely handy for scatterbrained me!) When I had my first consultation with Andrew and was really impressed with both him and the clinic itself. Andrew was really friendly and it's clear he's very passionate about professionalism and providing an excellent service to his clients. The clinic itself was clean and tidy and looked really smart! Andrew took the time to explain the process of how the laser works in full detail right through to aftercare and so I was completely at ease and knew exactly what to expect. Plus, the actual laser itself is nowhere near as painful as you'd think! In terms of cost, I felt the pricing was fair and Andrew was very upfront with the costs so there were no nasty surprises. He also offers some block bookings which are excellent value for money and so I will be making the most of the offer. Overall a 5* experience and I would (and will!) be recommending LAZR in future. I would highly recommend Andrew if anyone is looking to have laser treatments, he is very professional and generally cares about what he is doing which is hard to find now a days. I had my consultation & patch test today with Andrew. The clinic was lovely, it was also very clean & tidy. Everything was explained perfectly from start to finish of what was going to happen. I was a little anxious about my tattoo removal but I was made to feel at ease.
