Paid £50 deposit for a cover up and waited weeks for a design, which was literally copied of the internet, even then no thought went into the design as the composition was awful! So I asked Mark for my money back and was told no because they spent time on working on the design 'that they copied of the internet', but could have a voucher. I should add his attitude throughout this was awful the messages he sent me was like I was being bullied! Anyway, I gave the voucher to my partner and she wanted a small piece about 3x3" with the apprentice who only charged £30 an hour and his work seemed better than the owners work (I wanted him originally to do my cover up but he wasn't 100%) then she was told that would cost a shocking £170!!!!! From the apprentice!!!! This shop is joke when it comes to their customers and Mark has zero customer skills, in fact I didn't even meet him throughout this whole thing, but talked to me like s**t on Facebook messenger, when I got aggressive back with him he threatened to end the conversation yet it was okay for him and his apprentice to talk to me like s**t once I asked for my money back!
I still didn't get my money back, but I am in the middle filing a small claims court proceeding as the deposit was to secure the booking, which I gave over a week in advance to cancel as i didn't like the design an was then later told it was for time for designing a piece that was copied from the internet!!!!??
I showed my tattooist I normally go to and he said it was shocking what he intended to put on my skin, specially the composition of it as it would of only showed half of the design once wrapped round my arm. I didn't go to my regular tattooist because I wanted a anime cover up and he specialises Japanese, but he said his other employee does anything so I went ahead and booked in at my regular! It cost me an extra £140 in total to do, but I now have a piece that I love and I'll never get rid of! Am so happy I went for a prop tattooist for advice rather than someone who just wants slap anything on your skin for your money!!!

Having had previous work done by Mark I returned to have him work on my full sleeve, however after just one sitting I'll never return because his most recent attempt was God awful and left me with an ink filled abscess that bled black blood for weeks and is now a huge scar. Not what I paid for mark!! When my new tattooist saw this poor work he couldn't believe such an experienced person had done it. Used to be good now he's all washed up, so avoid this place like you would a scabby abscess.

The artist was really good & did a great consultation before & during the session. I'm so pleased with the final result that I've now decided to have more done to link in with this last one.
