My fiancee and I came here Saturday the 14th July. Staff were friendly and helpful. However when my fiancee pointed out that she has had reactions to the nickel in surgical steel. After being asked what the studs were in her lobes, said sterling silver said would be fine, yet good quality sterling silver contains no nickel. Literally within a day of wearing it, my fiancee has started to feel a reaction to it and has had to take it out. Disappointed as had said needed to be titanium and now misold and out of pocket with jewellery she can't wear.

Had my nose and my tragus pierced here. Habe had no problems at all. Staff are awesome, friendly and fully explain the piercing procedures, very clean too. Can't wait to get my tattoo in August.

I had my Helix piercing done over a year ago there. Believe it or not, still it didn't heal and I am planning on going to a different studio to have it checked.
Two other friends has the ear cartila...
I had my Helix piercing done over a year ago there. Believe it or not, still it didn't heal and I am planning on going to a different studio to have it checked.
Two other friends has the ear cartilage piercing done there too. One had to remove it after 8 months because of several complications. The second one is still struggling like me.
For noone of us the piercer had even gloves on when carrying out the piercing.
A third friend had the general ear piercing done, got infected, went there for advice, and was told that everything was Ok. Had to go to the hospital to remove it the day after.
Now I that I am reading some other reviews I think they are not up to the min standards. Most probably they use the cheapest earrings that might be leading to infections.

Got my conch done here 6 months ago and it still hasn't healed. Went to another piercing shop and asked for advice - they told me that I didn't have a titanium earring in and that was stopping the healing process. Got it changed for a titanium piece and am cleaning with tea tree oil, yet it's still hurting and a bit swollen. Wouldn't recommend since they messed up my friend's cartilage piercing as well....

Terrible place! I went here and got my conch pierced about a year ago, it never healed properly. When I went to another piercing studio to ask their opinion on it, the guy there told me it had been done really badly and they had pierced through the thickest bit of my cartilage so my ear was unlikely to ever heal properly. Put up with it for a year cleaning it every day because it was so red and angry and on Christmas day it got so badly infected my ear swelled up three times the size and I had to have it pulled out of my skin at a&e and I am now on a course of antibiotics!
Clearly unprofessional, rushed and don't really know what they are doing!
(The ball on the end of the bar also fell off at one point due to them screwing it on too loosely and when I went back they had the cheek to charge me 50p for a replacement one!)

Avoid! Went here with a couple of friends to get cartilage piercings (I had my nostril and helix done) a few months ago - didn't have to book and the price was fine and the staff were friendly. However they used a gun which is TERRIBLE and very unsafe practice (as we later found out) and we ALL developed severe complications and infections, one friend had to have her nostril completely re-done. The nostril jewellery they used was also far too thick and painful and actually caused staining on the skin. The piercer obviously also did not read the safety forms we completed beforehand.
This place may be ok for very basic stuff but avoid at all costs otherwise!

I didn't get pierced here, but I popped in because they had an amazing range of jewellery which was really nice and the staff were very friendly too, and the prices were really reasonable too. I also wanted to get a professional opinion on a piercing, even though I had no intention of getting pierced and they were very informative and recommended that it probably wouldn't be best for me to get that piercing, which personally is a great sign of customer care over money. They also offered to change the jewellery for me, free of charge and it was quick and their customer care is absolutely amazing! The whole experience prompted me to leave a review, which I rarely consider doing but they are an awesome shop definitely.

Very pleased with my beautiful tattoo by Shannan after my visit to Tattoo Crazy two days ago. The studio is very clean and all the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first detailed tattoo but Shannan instantly put me at ease, she clearly has a passion for her work and is a very talented artist. Thanks to following her excellent aftercare advice, my tattoo is healing very nicely. I would highly recommend Shannan and Tattoo Crazy to anyone and will be going back myself.

My fiancee and I came here Saturday the 14th July. Staff were friendly and helpful. However when my fiancee pointed out that she has had reactions to the nickel in surgical steel.
