Custom ink really is a custom experience! I went in the shop with a church window pane & Sterios turned it into an amazing tattoo. He was was so excited through both my sittings. That meant a lot to have an artist so keen & enthused. He looked after me really well too & couldn't do enough. Popped in to ask for help and advice on a new snug piercing, not done by this shop, that was causing me a great deal of pain. Gentleman in there removed the piercing and gave me advise on keeping the area clean to prevent an infection occurring, also letting me know that the hoop that my ear had been pierced with was not suitable and too small, hence the pain and additional swelling! Good afternoon, I wanted to explain my experience this afternoon. I went to the store “COSTUM INK” with the intention of doing the piercing on the right nostril with Mark (once I had on the left side already). He made the point, I even asked him if he wanted help to mark it and he said no. He did the piercing and I realised it wasn’t straight with the other one. I asked Mark to take it off and I tried to have my money back but he said that it was not his fault, it was mine an...d he start screaming In the establishment. I tried to speak with him, and make him see he did the piercing unwell and I was even planing in go back again for a second chance but he was extremely rude with me and my friend. My friend who was with me also said that it was not well done and Mark told her to shut up because she had not right to say anything once she haven’t been there to see him doing it and was already pointing with his hands. Ended up with no money, no piercing and not even an apology. With this irrational behavior I’m not planning to comeback there and definitely don’t recommend anybody to go there and be pierced by Mark. People like Mark shouldn’t be allowed to be a body piercer because for this job you need to be precise and do not play with the costumer’s body. And I left and I still apologizing.
