Me & friend went to get matching friendship tattoos yesterday & we had our kids with us they was so lovely with us all & one lad even brought the kids lolly pops while we had our tattoos done & when I randomly decided to have a piercing too! The atmosphere was really calm & we felt so comfortable & the staff are a right laugh! They even advised me on one of my tattoos that another tattoo place has ruined! Absolutely incredible. Portrait specialist David was in and done the most incredible job on my tattoo. Almost as if they photocopied the portrait onto my arm. The attention to detail is unreal. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and the overall hospitality was impeccable; offering drinks, decent music, and a genuinely great time. Kris was an absolutely smashing artist, making sure I was comfortable the entire time, ensuring I was not in pain nor in any discomfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and very enthusiastic about the tattoo; in addition to being very conscious of my comfort considering that this was my first tattoo. I'm a very nervous person when it comes to getting pierced and was literally shaking when I entered the studio, but when I left I had a smile on my face and would go here again for a piercing for sure! Really friendly staff and couldn't believe the attention to detail / level of accuracy of my tattoo artist, Chris. He was also very considerate and constantly checking that I was OK. Being a naturally inquisitive sort, I had quite a few questions and Chris took the time to explain things to me - he even answered the questions that I'm sure he'd been asked thousands of times before. After living in London for so long I'd gotten used to my local tattoo studio. I'd been saving to get a tattoo, however, having only lived in Cambridge since August I was a little worried about where to go. A friend recommended this place and I booked in with Harry, sent him my reference photos and he sent me back the most amazing tattoo. The shop is super friendly and Harry would always make sure I was comfortable, I even got my partner to book in for one too! Would 100% recommend this place! Really good prices for such amazing work! Before visiting Cambridge Ink I had been pierced 15 times and never had any issues. After getting my tragus done here and my lobes for the fourth time all got badly infected and I had to take antibiotics. Not recommend.Read Less
