I really can't sing the praises of the folk at Pigment loud enough! I spent a while hunting for someone to pierce my daughters ears with needles instead of a gun and finally I spotted a post by Sophie stating her willingness to do just that. From start to finish the service was spot on, she put her at ease and explained everything she was doing in just the right amount of detail. I came in off the high street and asked if I could have a piercing and a tattoo (finger tattoo) done straight away. .. without hesitation Sophie did the piercing. .very quick and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I first went to Pigments after I had an awful tattoo done at a different studio... Guy recovered the tattoo which now looks amazing and have been going ever since, I am now 8 tattoos down and will have many more to come! From beginning till end - fantastic! The receptionist is very professional and friendly. You do feel very welcomed. My daughter wanted to get ear piercing done, they looked after her because she was feeling dizzy after the event. You don't feel like a number and you get that personal touch. when I rang again after sales , again extremely professional.
