I had my conch piercing done a week ago yesterday (one in both ears) and my right ear looks so bad! I was happy with the service and everyone who works there is really friendly. However, once I left I had a closer look at my earrings using my phone camera (making use not to touch them) and I realised the earrings aren’t positioned in the same place as I asked; I had hoped that they would be some what symmetrical. However, they aren’t and since they are positioned differently one ring appears to be tight than the other, which a few people have sadly point out. Ironically, the earring that fits looser on the right ear is actually the one that seems to be infected, even though I’ve been followering my care routine to a T because my left conch piercing is fine and healing as it should. Since the week has gone by the pain has not eased on my right ear, and upon another close inspection with my phone camera today, I discovered that the surrounding skin around the ring has rubbed away or the whole has gotten bigger some how. I not sure if this due to there being a possible infection or the fact that the piercing isn’t exactly positions ok the cartilage, where the conch piercing should be. The right earrings has been placed in a thicker section of the ear that I didn’t intend for it to be. I’m just disappointed considering it cost me £40 and I feel these problems are do to the way the piercing were done. If I could attach a picture I would because I’m so disappointed with this turn out. I also think my ears (the right in particular) wasn’t sterilised that well compared to other places I’ve been to (I have 3 more piercings). Again the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the tattoo artists and their work are amazing, but I’m not entirely sure if I would recommend this place for piercing. Sorry. Read Less

Such nice people! They pierced my rook and my friend’s cartilage and were both very professional and friendly, they made us feel so comfortable. All people in Paradise Tattoo have excellent customer service, especially in comparison to other piercing and tattoo places such as Woody’s. I'm sure the high standard of piercing at Paradise is the same for tattooing. Would recommend to any one wanting a piercing/tattoo - whether it’s your first or tenth they are the best place to go!
