This place needs to let the artist speak to the customer ... not this skinny strange man who seems to know very little about tattoos in general... it's like Chinese whispers with him walking in and out of a shut room saying God knows what to the artist and then returning with pure confusion. I was told arrive early or you won't get it done ... sat for 4 hours without being seen because other people arrived before the opening time. This is a walk in small piece tattoo shop. If you want a small tattoo with a high price they're all over you .. this is not a session work tattooist. I will never enter this place again.

I have been here several times for piercings and tattoos and have always received excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and professional and I enjoy my visits! Kate is currently working on my tattoo, she is amazing and it's great so far. You do get long waits, but it's worth it. Reccomended.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I'd consider myself an awkward customer because I wanted some really specific things but didn't know exactly how it could work - Kate (and Emily at the start) really listened to all my waffle and thoughts, came up with an amazing design and then completely put me at ease when I came in with my low pain threshold... the result was my beautiful new tattoo!

Thank you Emily for making me feel so at ease and relaxed before and during my first tattoo. Very friendly team who had me laughing during my 3 hours. I suffer with all over pain but during the tattoo the pain went away and has still not returned 24 hours later Emily you are an official healer.

Me and my partner went in before to ask about a tattoo everything was confirmed so we rang yesterday. They told us they open at 10 to come in as soon as to get it done. We arrived before ten to find more people inside waiting. The man was very rude and embarrassed us infront of other people waiting telling us we can't get our tattoos done the way we want as the tattooist was not prepared to do them "upside down". The price quoted was much lower on first visit then it was when we went in to get them done. Not recommended very rude, unfriendly not experienced and give false information.
