Took my daughter to beautology for a spray tan for her prom, what a disaster, so patchy, still had the runs down her leg even after her shower the next morning, my daughter was so upset that they had ruined her big day, I rang the shop telling them her spray tan is ruined, the lady told us to come back, she exfoliated her chest and back and re done the spray tan, she just scrubbed off the brown lines going down her leg so had white lines instead of brown ones, she then had to go to her hair appointment all sticky from the tan, she then showered again after a couple of hours, was even worse, the tan that was not exfoliated, was a lot browner that the rest, was horrendous, beautology absolutely ruined my daughters big day and I definitely DO NOT recommend beautology for a spray tan, they did refund me but that did not compensate my poor daughters upset

Really happy with this team and the clinic in general, they was very helpful with any question that I had.
I had done a laser in my face with the professional Alice to remove a birthmark a few months ago I'm in my 30th's and I have to say I'm very happy with the results, they have to repeat twices the process in diferents months but the second one was totally done it the job!
Following the indicators and tips that the professional say to you is very easy! I don't know how I didn't know about this clinic and this kinds of treatments before!

Lovely staff. However the fake tan rubbed off within a day, even though I gave it 9 hours to set before showering. It is now patchy and non-existent after three days of having it. I expected better quality, especially after I paid more than I usually would for a fake tan,

I'm normally totally bewildered by all of this stuff (my beauty regime consists of sometimes bothering to shave) but I wanted to get my girlfriend something nice as a treat. When I came in, probably looking pretty lost, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and talked me through all the different kinds of treatment they offer. Unfortunately I was totally hopeless and had no idea what she'd like, so in the end I just got her a voucher and let her decide! She went in to get her nails done in the end and said it was great and she'd definitely be going back.

I left my phone number on their web page and had phone call from a consultant the next day. She booked for me consultation followed by a treatment (cheek fillers). When I arrived I was told they don't do it.
Make sure your staff knows what treatments you offer!
The doctor said he will waive the consultation charge for me. I just wonder what charge? First of all I was not told its chargeable, second charge for a consultation about treatment you don't offer? telling me you don't do it you call consultation? Are you actually serious?

What an amazing salon. I would urge anyone who has not been, to go and anybody who has, to book again - immediately! The staff are wonderful, friendly and polite and the treatments are sublime, I feel like i'm walking into 2016 looking a million dollars and it's all down to Beautology.
I'm already booked in for my next set of treatments with their 'My Time' subscription and I cannot wait!!

When I first came to Beautology I was really nervous - I hated getting waxed and had had a couple of bad experiences at other salons in the past. At Beautology it was completely different. The minute I walked in the reception staff made me feel so welcome and at ease and made me a delicious drink to enjoy. My appointment was on time, the therapist greeted me warmly and made me feel really valued and the whole experience was quick, professional and, dare I say it, really enjoyable!! Now I return to Beautology for ALL of my needs. They take care of me HEAD TO TOE!!
Great team, great clinic, wonderful treatments. I can't recommend them enough!

Took my daughter to beautology for a spray tan for her prom, what a disaster, so patchy, still had the runs down her leg even after her shower the next morning, my daughter was so upset that they had ruined her big day, I rang the shop telling them her spray tan is ruined, the lady told us to come back, she exfoliated her chest and back and re done the spray tan, she just scrubbed off the brown lines going down her leg so had white lines instead of brown ones, she then had to go to her hair appointment all sticky from the tan, she then showered again after a couple of hours, was even worse, the tan that was not exfoliated, was a lot browner that the rest, was horrendous, beautology absolutely ruined my daughters big day and I definitely DO NOT recommend beautology for a spray tan, they did refund me but that did not compensate my poor daughters upset

Really happy with this team and the clinic in general, they was very helpful with any question that I had.
I had done a laser in my face with the professional Alice to remove a birthmark a few months ago I'm in my 30th's and I have to say I'm very happy with the results, they have to repeat twices the process in diferents months but the second one was totally done it the job!
Following the indicators and tips that the professional say to you is very easy! I don't know how I didn't know about this clinic and this kinds of treatments before!

Lovely staff. However the fake tan rubbed off within a day, even though I gave it 9 hours to set before showering. It is now patchy and non-existent after three days of having it. I expected better quality, especially after I paid more than I usually would for a fake tan,

I'm normally totally bewildered by all of this stuff (my beauty regime consists of sometimes bothering to shave) but I wanted to get my girlfriend something nice as a treat. When I came in, probably looking pretty lost, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and talked me through all the different kinds of treatment they offer. Unfortunately I was totally hopeless and had no idea what she'd like, so in the end I just got her a voucher and let her decide! What an amazing salon. I would urge anyone who has not been, to go and anybody who has, to book again - immediately! The staff are wonderful, friendly and polite and the treatments are sublime, I feel like i'm walking into 2016 looking a million dollars and it's all down to Beautology.

When I first came to Beautology I was really nervous - I hated getting waxed and had had a couple of bad experiences at other salons in the past. At Beautology it was completely different. The minute I walked in the reception staff made me feel so welcome and at ease and made me a delicious drink to enjoy. My appointment was on time, the therapist greeted me warmly and made me feel really valued and the whole experience was quick, professional and, dare I say it, really enjoyable!! Now I return to Beautology for ALL of my needs. They take care of me HEAD TO TOE!!
Great team, great clinic, wonderful treatments. I can't recommend them enough!
