Welcomed by staff at the front desk, very friendly. However, popped down stairs to get a first cartilige piercing, had to find my own way to the piercing room. Already unsure and nervous, I was not put at ease through the rude and dissmisive piercer. He seemed rushed and impatient. This resulted in us leaving due to our discomfort, leading to us getting it done elsewhere. Would highly recommend Broad Street Studio also in Bath where the staff were incredible!!!!! :) Read Less

I just got my lobes pierced here, and while the lady at the front desk was really nice, my overall experience was rushed and inattentive. I get that piercing lobes can become extremely mundane after a while, I do. But I when went in there, the piercer's attention was on his phone rather on me, he rushed through the entire thing, and used a piercing gun which I'm now told shouldn't be used anymore due to increased risk of infection and tissue trauma. I'm not saying don't go here, because even my experience wasn't an altogether bad one, but I was a bit surprised at the attitude and the use of a gun at such a nice place. Read Less

Wonky piercing and when I went to book for a tat the woman I spoke to was rude, pushy and money driven. I can't fault the art work I've seen but I won't be going there again with the service I've personally received. Read Less
