Would not recommend this place at all. They may be good tattooists but will certainly not be getting any business from my husband. Went in and explained VERY CLEARLY what my husband wanted. It was going to be a very special tattoo to do with our grandaughter which I won't go into. Anyway after explaining to the man what my husband wanted... We had to explain it AGAIN to him! He then went and got the female who we had to explain yet again what my husband wanted. Found them both to be very patronising and would not go over their door again.

Today i got my first tattoo done, Gemma was excellent and I can't recommend her enough. I was really nervous but she soon put my mind at rest, talking me through everything that she was doing. I absolutely love my tattoo, it's everything i wanted and more. I'll definitely be back, thanks again!! ���

Absolutely stunning work, the lightest touch and a lovely chat :) The shop is very clean and everyone is friendly and professional. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Scotland. Couldn't be happier with my thistle!

Gemma did my tattoo of an Otter surrounded with Irises & I absolutely love it. Before we got started, she confirmed the design with me & checked the size & placement. When she started the tattooing process, she started with a small area making sure I was ok with the pain before continuing. I have to admit, it was a lot less painful than I imagined it would be. The detail that she put in to the tattoo was amazing - a twinkle in his eye, the highlights on the whiskers, the colours of the flowers - I just love it all. Thank you so much to the team at Idle Hands - I highly recommend them.

My sister and I went into Idle Hands on Saturday hoping to find out a little more/book in to get our tattoos in a few weeks and walked out about an hour later with gorgeous matching tattoos! Gemma was wonderful and friendly, chatting to us throughout, making suggestions to what size and position she thought would look good. It was a really great experience and Gemma and Owen's chat throughout stopped us from getting too nervous! Couldn't recommend them more!

Would not recommend this place at all. They may be good tattooists but will certainly not be getting any business from my husband. Went in and explained VERY CLEARLY what my husband wanted. Gemma did my tattoo of an Otter surrounded with Irises & I absolutely love it. Before we got started, she confirmed the design with me & checked the size & placement.
