The workshop looked so clean and everything was sterile and one use only items giving me confidence in the hygiene in place the artists were so welcoming and went over everything that would happen while getting tattooed as this is my first tattoo he settled my nerves and I had an amazing experience at his hands my tattoo looks amazing and I would give my full confidence to tell others to go to them in the future thank you for everything again Read Less

Jimmy does all styles and is very fast, there are artists in Aberdeen who do all day sessions, complete waste of money, Jimmy works a lot faster than these clowns � They are doing appointment now aswell, so can't recommend them enough. 5� Read Less

Had my third tattoo (first here) done yesterday by Jimmy. I have to say how pleased I am with the whole experience from getting the initial ideas, through to the planning of the design. I was first tattooed by Richard 27 years ago when he was the only place to go in Aberdeen. Many excellent tattoos later Aberdeen now has a pretty wide selection of tattoo parlours, and Richards is still the only place I'd go. There's no substitute for experience . The advice you'll get about design, aftercare, skin type, positioning, etc, is second to none. Hygiene is impeccable, and the pace of work will save on pain. Read Less

I have been going to Richards for over ten years and wouldn't go any where else. As I live in Shropshire, this entails over a thousand mile trip, for my sleeve...worth every mile! This guy has won various top titles at tattoo conventions and has clients from overseas. His studio is immaculate and the standards of hygiene are second to none. Jennie Park: I can only think you are a jealous tattooist...after all, if Richard was so bad, why would you go back there again?! Doh! Richard is not there to make best friends with you, he's there to make great artwork...he's been in the business long enough to advise you on what's best for your tattoo...if you are undecided, you shouldn't be there...go home and make your mind up! To sum up...I have had amazing customer experience, amazing tattoos and I certainly wouldn't travel 1,000 miles+ to get a tattoo if it wasn't worth it!!! Brenna does brilliant piercings too. Avoid at all costs, there are far better places in Aberdeen that deserve your money. I have been here on two occasions and I genuinely cannot get over the staffs attitudes. The owner - Richard - did my tattoo and was probably one of the rudest people I have ever came across. He had a go at me for wanting to change the size he had initially made the stencil and when I instructed him of the placement (very politely might I add) he had the cheek to say "I am trying to work with you not against you here, make up your mind" as if I was being a difficult customer. Had I not had a tattoo previously, I probably would of been terrified of the experience. He did not make me feel at ease one little bit. Due to the tattoo's placement, I had to remove my top. As a woman, the least he could of done was draw the curtain, as a male customer sat on the bed right next to me. For the owner of a business, he certainly does not value the custom he gets. I really am surprised there is any loyal customers. To top it off I am now going to have to get the tattoo touched up as the quality was so poor. PLEASE, do not waste your time and hard earned money - go else where.Read Less
