Absolutely brilliant consult. I called on the Monday and was scheduled on the Wednesday, here I was thinking I would be pushing myself in but they accommodated me. I arrived to a friendly environment and Lewis made jokes to put me at ease about the terrible tattoo I want covered. I was offered one of the best cappuccinos I have had in my life and even had my hair assessed. I can't wait to start my cover up and have my hair fixed. This tattoo, hair and coffee combo is heaven in a shop... I will recommend them to anyone who feels nervous about covering ink and will recommend you come here before you get a bad tattoo. Get it done well the first time by Lew. The same applies for hair... Don't be dumb and box dye, come to Rumble and Hum.

An appointment was made specifically for a Wednesday on order for the piercing artist to be there in order to remove a daith piercing in preparation for an MRI scan later that day.
Having arranged this, and called early to ensure that all is in place, yet when we arrived there was only one employee on premises who seemed to be a receptionist with very little training?
Needless to say, we were not told why the appointment was not held (only that the person intended to hold the appointment was "on his day off"), and the only good thing to happen on these premises was that we were referred to a different place - where we found excellent service.
Personally, I feel as though this place is running on reputation alone. They have a reality TV show, ready for a second season. Seems obvious to me at least, that the client isn't the primary directive anymore.

They need to update their operating times on google and sort out the landline, the only reason I wont score a 5/5. Best barbershop in the west rand.

Absolutely brilliant consult. I called on the Monday and was scheduled on the Wednesday, here I was thinking I would be pushing myself in but they accommodated me. I arrived to a friendly environment and Lewis made jokes to put me at ease about the terrible tattoo I want covered.
