They’ll advise you on your tattoo design (or on the piercing you want, whatever it is you’re there for) and make sure you end up totally happy with it. It’s not just a case of walk in and it’s done - every project is paid attention to, and I appreciate that. Even the other clients who were there while I was got attention (or if not, then a consultation slot later on to get attention). The lovely people at Sacred Ink really are pros. And with the number of bad tattoo places out there these days, it’s great to see that this one gives people the right kind of experience when you’re doing something that will likely stay with you for the rest of your life. Although the primary service itself is excellent: The procedure is quick and the environment is always clean, the customer service is quite poor. A customer is made to feel like they are being done a favor by being served. I'm not saying bend down on your knees and lick my feet but at least try harder to make a customer feel like they are valued. Please try to tone it down a bit with the "What do you want?" attitude and and be more sincere with your service. Like I said, I got what I paid for, but if I had to choose a parlor based on customer service, I would choose a place with much friendlier service. Thank you. Read Less
