Great service almost a week somce my tattoo was done my third but the best so far. I would definitely recommend Dev to anyone i know looking for a tattoo. Barely even felt the healing. Minimal itching...
Great service almost a week somce my tattoo was done my third but the best so far. I would definitely recommend Dev to anyone i know looking for a tattoo. Barely even felt the healing. Minimal itching and just overall great when it comes to the fine detail.
