Been standing in front of the door for oven 30 min with a sign on saying ''back in 5 min'' and this after calling to confirm trading hours and avalibility of ''artist''.

Paid a R200 deposit, early December 2015, for my daughter's ear piercings and the appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Called to confirm before the appointment alas no record of appointment...
Paid a R200 deposit, early December 2015, for my daughter's ear piercings and the appointment was made for the following Tuesday. Called to confirm before the appointment alas no record of appointment or payment. Mr Man was to call me back and it is now January 2016. For me, this is zero customer service and hopefully my R200 deposit/donation has helped the business in some way.
