I, like most people, was sceptical about how much better a piercing service could be for this price. This experience makes me deeply regret ever going to a cheaper studio. The piercing was so quick and surprisingly pain-free, despite being notorious for being one of the more painful. I believe this is down to the far superior jewellery, equipment and qualifications they have. The piercing was cleanly done and exactly where it was supposed to be, and there was no extremely tight clamp or pulling and pinching to put jewellery in. The piercing also hardly bled at all which is a pleasant change from the torrent of blood one usually experiences at a cheap location. The staff here are very professional and friendly, the shop is very calming and aesthetically pleasing and their selection of premium quality jewellery is beautiful. This is so worth the extra money for such a gentle and healthier experience.

You pay a bit more but I think it's because they believe they're worth it.
Super nice people, not snooty, and eager to help with whatever your trying to achieve. Venue is nice and jewelry selection beautiful.

One day by chance I checked Nathan's works and it was the linework and the precision that I was looking for. This is an extremely professional tattoo shop, with different Artists competent in different styles and to be true I hardly seen this competence and precision around the other few tattoo shop I've been around. I'm glad I trusted Nathan on the positioning of my first piece. I thank him for the music during the session and for the focused and steady pace he kept, making that 4 hrs fly away. Top hygiene. I had an excellent experience here today. I phoned to check if I needed an appointment for a piercing, but it wasn't required, although I was advised of a good time to arrive, so it would give them sufficient time to assist me. When I arrived their service was professional, caring and helpful from start to finish. They helped me select the right location for my piercing, the jewellery they would use (from their excellent and varied range) and then they gave me extensive information. My piercer, Scott, was a consummate professional. He really treated me considerately. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting body piercing. Thank you, well done to everyone.

Wonderful Esther gave my some great customer service by reaching out super quick and offered to exchange the product for one that would fit my needs. Had my first tattoo at Ninjaflower yesterday by the lovely talented Katy Hayward. What a wonderful experience, he touch was very light hardly felt it. Today it feels fine , not half as dramatic as people say. I think that is down to the care Katy took. My only problem was I didn't drink enough water. Was dehydrated when I got home. But my own fult. Katy had asked several times if I wasn't a drink of water. Very very happy with the result.

Not too bad. They are extremely picky about what they do and to whom they'll do it though. I suppose that's alright, they give legitimate reasons for denial. For example; a tiny misalignment of your nostril may get you denied a septum piercing. They do give off a bit of a superiority complex. They do good work but there are other places that do just as well and make you feel welcome instead. Shop is extremely clean and they have a huge selection of really cool jewelry.

5 stars is definitely not enough. Amazing atmosphere and incredibly knowledgeable staff who answered my 1 million questions patiently and thoroughly putting my mind completely at ease before I got my piercing. I'm really happy with their work and this will be the first place I go (or encourage others to go to) for any piercings or tattoos in future.

My best friend and I went in yesterday to get conch piercings, I got two and she got one. The most easy and comfortable process. I've been pierced several times at this shop over the years and have always loved the staff and the setting. Awesome to see the expansion! Such a warm and welcoming place. Sooooo many option for jewellery too; I love that and everything was explained very clearly, which definitely eased by best friends nerves! Such a wonderful place.

Had my first tattoo at Ninjaflower yesterday by the lovely talented Katy Hayward. What a wonderful experience, he touch was very light hardly felt it. Today it feels fine , not half as dramatic as people say. I think that is down to the care Katy took. My only problem was I didn't drink enough water. Was dehydrated when I got home. But my own fult.
