Got my piercing in the waiting room.. a cartilage piercing with a gun, and she didn’t even clean my ear before or after or check if I was 16 (old enough to get one) didn’t talk to me about what to do next and she didn’t even clean the gun after she did my two friends before me.. can’t wait for my infection

Went to this place the other day, to inquire about getting good some piercings, the door was open two people sitting on the couch, stood their waiting for obvious service. Looked at us as we were interrupting something. Was greeted by a what u want, and their not here at the moment. Real bad costumer service. Won't recommend an won't go back.

the receptionist was an older woman, and colder than an ice cubes vagina and laughed at me when I tried to explain what I wanted. She offered no real assistance and her overall customer service skills were 0/10.
10/10 would not recommend.
