Got my awesome tattoo from Aimee Clarke! She's an amazing artist. Love my tribal sea turtle & frangipanis. Aimee is so friendly. She put me at ease as this was my first big tattoo. Showed her a few pics of a tattoo I wanted, & we discussed ideas together. She made it work perfectly. The atmosphere there was lovely & calm, & everyone there friendly & approachable. Very disappointed!! I got my tattoo about two months ago and unfortunately I didn't get what I wanted, here is why When I booked an appointment the receptionist asked me if I have a tattoo design photo I like I showed a photo of the tattoo that I wanted and she said ok and booked with the artist that likes to do that type of tattoos (I wasn't told I'm not getting the same tattoo) The receptionist told me they charge by hourly rate (which I realised after i got my tattoo that's not the case with small tattoos - or that's what they told me after I thought I was over charged) Anyway i got to my appointment and I was told they never got my image and the artist is going to sketch it now, after one hour of waiting I got called and that's when I looked at the tattoo and realised it was changed and that's when I was told they can't copy someone's else work ( fair enough but they should've told me that before I booked my appointment that way I would've explained more about what I'm after or what I like about the original design and maybe get a sketch I like) stupidly enough I went for it, maybe cause I waited too long, and felt bad to ask to modify the design on the spot, I didn't think that it is permanent and it's my tattoo and its my body and I shouldn't feel bad about being picky!! The tattoo is done well but unfortunately not what I was after. To finish off, at pay time they only take cash and they didn't have enough change so I had to get large tattoo moisturiser instead of my change!! Read Less
