General Info
Dylan Johns is the new owner at STUDIO 801 and also runs our brother studio MY CRAZY LIFE in Frankton (corner of Kent and Rawhiti St) Our team consists of: Liz who has worked here for the last 5 years. She tattoos all styles and specialises in custom designs also. We have Hunter who specialises in Ta Moko and also takes on custom work. We an apprentice, Ashley who is learning quick and has great work. We have a very friendly team with wheel chair access and fully air conditioned studio come on in and check us out.

Very professional, but chilled out atmosphere. Clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff. My wife loved her tattoo and will definitely be back again sometime! Thanks Harriet!

I came in a couple of years ago (bit overdue I know) and the guy who did my tattoo was hung over and did a poor job. I would eventually like to get it covered it but won't be doing that here ):

This week as a mancunian I was shocked snd horrified by the loss of lives at the hands of what can only be described as sheer evil. So I sponsored a Manchester bee tattoo for a relative, and impulsiv...
This week as a mancunian I was shocked snd horrified by the loss of lives at the hands of what can only be described as sheer evil. So I sponsored a Manchester bee tattoo for a relative, and impulsively felt a need to have my first tattoo, feeling a need to etch the symbolism of hard working, resilient people, united and defiant on myself. Impulsive at my age one might say (had only popped out for a sandwich at lunchtime and came back with a booking for the tat that same day). So although only a little tattoo on the scale of things done at this studio I have to say Tommy pulled it off, I am pleased with the result, the pain was actually much less than a bee sting. You never know I might have something else done.

Had my 6 th tatt done the other day by the lovely Liz! She's the best and oh so talented. We did a beautiful dragon with a tiger and I wanted one of my very first Tatts covered which she did magnifice...
Had my 6 th tatt done the other day by the lovely Liz! She's the best and oh so talented. We did a beautiful dragon with a tiger and I wanted one of my very first Tatts covered which she did magnificently the old tatt is covered over you wouldn't even no it had been there. Would highly recommend her she's so so talented with detail. She made 5 hours of work seem like only an hour. Only wish we have taken a pic so we could've posted it.
