Best permanent make up in Whangarei. I have had my eyeliner done by Cass and lips done by Mandy at Skin Revision. Such perfection and attention to detail from both ladies. Pain free with clean and high professional standards at times. All of the Skin revision staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend you visit these ladies first if looking to get cosmetic tattooing done. Thankyou ladies xx
