Virginia has made my eyebrows look normal again. As teenagers we all tweezed our brows to a thin line and they never grew back. Since then I've removed all the white ones and drawn brows everyday. Eyebrow Cosmetic Tattooing I am 35 yrs old and get married on April 23. I wanted my eyebrows to be fuller and more even - I was to tweezers happy in my teens. 5 months ago I found Virginia via a Google search then met her in person for a consultation. Virginia is welcoming, friendly, yet professional. I was impressed with how well Virginia thoroughly explained the process, took measurements of my face, existing eyebrows, reality checked my expectations, informed me that I would swell - it is a tattoo after all, and explained different skin types and hair follicles react differently.
