Clean environment and friendly staff. Was a walk in client and they were happy to accommodate me. Tuesday was great, amazing tattoo done. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Wow how can I describe the fantastic job Rod did on my tattoo. It is above and beyond anything I expected. The detail in the work shows what type of artist he is. He listened to my idea and gave me advice on something even better. During the process he was concerned that I was doing ok and made it a pleasant experience. When I visit New Zealand again I will plan on visiting him again. Thank you Rod.

Visiting from Alaska with my Wife. Visited this shop on a recommendation and came away with the most awesome tattoos. My wife had an ideal of what she wanted, complete with photo. Rob worked with her,gave her ideals, and came up with something 100 times better thanShe imagined it could be. I had no ideal or plan on what I wanted. Just something NZ. He gave me an ideal, Freelanced it and I came away with a simply overwhelming Maori style, one of a kind, tattoo that is Family oriented based on what I told him. Detains on both are simply so in depth they must be seen to be believed. Not our first tattoo and it will not be our last from Stained Skin. lol It's worth a trip to NZ to see his work. Two Happy Alaskans. Go see this guy.
