Went to get my septum pierced. Place was very busy and only one artist/piercer working. Between people getting small tattoos I was fit in for my piercing. Without warning or anything the needle was in my nose and the jewellery quickly followed. No "here it comes" or "take a breath" I don't know if that's what everyone does but for all my piercings you get some warning. Anyway he tells me that gravity will "get a hold of it" and it will be fine as he wipes the little amount of blood off my nose. I don't know what he meant because I had no mirror nor was one offered. Paid my money and out the door. Got home to see that the piercing was completely and unbelievably lob sided. Called them up and was told to come back in. After coming back in I was made wait over 30 mins to be seen and without even a "sorry mate" I was offered either to have it repierced or get my money back. I took the latter and the piercing was removed. Think this place should stick to Tattoos as they seem to be popular for them. Piercings not so much... Read Less

My husband and I both got tattoos here in November 2013. After trawling the city trying to find a studio that would do a finger tattoo Matt was both welcoming and knowledgable. Did my snake bites , did have to take one out as the bar was too short but it's algoods I'm happy with the one still . No infection nothing wrong with it . Knows how to pierce , will definitely go back to get my tattoo done by Matt! Quoted a great price !! Highly recommended! Read Less
