I've been there few times. Mostly staff are nice and friendly though. One of the Asian guy who work in there, he complain to me. He was like "Hey why you talk to me English? Let's talk to Japanese. You know who I am? Right boy?" And I was so confusing when he said that. Because I thought he was Chinese or Thai. If I knew he is Japanese, definitely I will talk with him by our languages. After that he told me "I went your work place for once" How can I remember you?? I met you in my life just once. That's almost impossible!!! Don't blame on me. Thank you for made my worst day. Got my belly repierced a couple months ago now & I had to take it out a couple days ago it was that infected and continuously sore. Not only did the girl who pierced it tell me it hurts less with scar tissue than getting it done originally which wasn't he case because it hurt more than any piercing or tattoo I've had but I also took very good care of it. No high wasted clothing, antiseptic twice a day and clean sheets all the time but it constantly was oozing including blood occasionally and was throbbing red the whole two months I had it. My previous belly piercing I had for 3 years and never had any issues at all as my body takes piercings and jewlery pretty well. Not sure what happened but will not be back, for anything. Read Less

One of the better known tattoo studios in Auckland, Ballistic Tattoos have two different locations on opposite sides of Auckland city's main Queen Street so location is super central. I haven't personally been inked here but I've accompanied my best mate here on many occasions and its the only place he'll go. The studios are both really clean and sterile to the highest standards and they're fully equipped with the best technology. Each time I've been here I've noticed how different the work is that each artist does - they all have their own style and preference.
