Went in to get my Rook pierced. He didn’t mark where he was piercing nor did he numb it he just put in the needle pierced it which is painful generally but then he let the needle fall out and blamed me for it, my ear pumped blood everywhere even my face. He pierced it again which was 3 times more painful and in the end I looked at it and it wasn’t in the place I wanted it to be in. Never been so sore or upset over a piercing.
