Very professional service but in a nice relaxed atmosphere! Got ears pierced today! I was freaking out a little going in but Laura chatted away to me, answered all my questions (there was loads!) Gave great advice and had my ears pierced before I even noticed! Good laugh with her as well which helps with nervous customers like me! Thanks very much!!

Went in and got a helix piercing. Was nervous about it as i thought i would really hurt. Laura was great she explained it all and was no where near as bad i had expected. Will definately go back again...
