Got my helix piercing done on Thursday. 2 minutes of pain and absolutely no pain at all since. I've even accidently knocked it a few times. I had my other helix done 6 months ago in a place not too far away. Didn't hurt as much initially but hurt like hell for 3 entire months after.
Skin Graphics is absolutely more expensive but worth every cent. The place is immaculately clean and Charlie took his time measuring to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical. Will be my go to place from now on.
