General Info
Inner Self Tattoo is located in the basement of the Grafton Barbers in Blackrock, Dublin. We are 3 minutes walk to the seashore, not the mention the pubs on the Main Street which are even closer than that. The piercer is available on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with possibly the best priced piercings in Dublin. For piercings you have to be 16 or older with proof of age or we'll need your parent in with you. For nipple piercings you have to be 18 or older with an ID. NO EXCEPTIONS. We also have clothing, jewellery, accessories and rare comics in store.

We was in ireland last week on vacation we looked at a couple of tattoo shops in Dublin but was not impressed or felt comfortable. we found Patrick at inner self online and contacted him he was closed due to the snow storm but offered to come in and do our tattoos which all 3 of us always does a same tattoo on our trips around the world. Hos shop was in basement of barber shop but was very clean and organized. He did out tats and was very personable and friendly. We really liled his work and will highly recommend his shop and plan to return to have further work done in the future. Thanks Patrick for the great service. Allen

We were traveling around Ireland for twelve days and visited Dublin twice every trip we get tattoos, so naturally we were looking for good places. We visited several in temple bar and really didn’t get a good feeling so we keep looking then the snow storm hit and we were stuck so we started looking again and found Inner Self. We called around and everywhere was closed but Oatrik answered and agreed to meet us. It was late and travel was hard but he was prompt and ready when we arrived. We showed Patrik the keltic shamrock we wanted and he was right on target with the size and showed us how to dress it up and it looked amazing. He tattooed all three of us and I have a lot of tats this one was painless. Patrik was super professional and I have never had anyone explain aftercare like he did. His art work is great and I will definitely be seeing him on our next trip for more. You have to check him out, it will be the best experience you’ll ever have he’s super creative and very professional and clean. Give him a shout and set an appointment very reasonable and talented. Thanks Patrik you made it a great vacation.

Inner Self Tattoo and Piercing studio is nothing short of spectacular. I will always go back there! I have had 2 piercings done by Sophie. She is extremely professional, efficient and competent. Most importantly she is very gentle. I am a serious wuss and Sophie was very patient and kind. On two occasions I pulled my piercing out and Sophie was more than happy for me to pop by and help me out. I always feel at ease when I am there. Patrik is super proficient I can tell he is very experienced. I value his opinion on things. I look forward to getting a tattoo done by him soon. Basically when you are there its like hanging out with 2 totally RAD friends. I highly recommend this studio and cannot praise Sohie and Patrik enough!

I've been to many tattoo studios around Dublin including some of the top, most well renowned studios but will continue to go back to Patrick in Inner Self tattoo, Blackrock! One tattoo I got on my arm in another studio years ago which ended up botched and all other tattoo artists I went to afterwards refused to touch, Patrick fixed up to be an amazing sleeve! I've had numerous tattoos by Patrick since! He is one of the soundest guys you could meet and a great tattoo artist with superb prices. I live on the north side of Dublin but will continue to travel to Inner Self tattoo, Blackrock for top quality work at great prices!

I have started getting tattoos here recently, have had 3 so far and some touch up jobs and will be going back. I have been to numerous tattoo studios in Dublin and cannot complain about most of them - definitely can about one or two (will not name here) but do prefer Inner Self to them all. I live in the north side of Dublin but don't mind travelling for good work. I had a botched tattoo job on my arm for some time now which started as a cover up I got when much younger and was to some of the top tattoo studios in Dublin city centre and they all basically said they could not do much with it as it was a tribal cover up with black ink. I went to Patrick after picking up a deal on livingsocial.com and he came up with good ideas straight away and he was not afraid to use his ideas... He has a good eye and imagination for tattoo design and art which is what's needed for a good tattooist. He keeps the tattoo shop modern and clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Cannot complain and would recommend to anyone. I'm glad now anyway since finally tattoo on arm is fixed up... Now just want to get it extended on and will book in with Patrick for this to be done. Also he is very reasonable and generous on price. He does not charge by hour but on the work being done and takes his time doing the work... Definitely does not overcharge like some places!

I had an old tattoo which was badly faded and wasn't well done in the first place. I've never thought what I had could be improved that much .They gave me great instructions about aftercare, fair play...
I had an old tattoo which was badly faded and wasn't well done in the first place. I've never thought what I had could be improved that much .They gave me great instructions about aftercare, fair play to them. Since then I went back for another piece which I'm more than happy with. Great atmosphere, we had a good laugh and their prices are reasonable. I'll defo go back for more work to be done, I'd suggest them to anybody.

I've never thought what I had could be improved that much .They gave me great instructions about aftercare, fair play to them. Since then I went back for another piece which I'm more than happy with. Great atmosphere, we had a good laugh and their prices are reasonable. I'll defo go back for more work to be done, I'd suggest them to anybody.
