I went to Kristen and found her to be very professional, with a spotless and welcoming premises. As a former Beauty Therapist I understand the importance of consultation, care during treatment and aftercare. I received all three to very high standards from Kristen. I needed a lot of corrective work and Kristen explained what realistic results I would have, managing my expectations well. I had my brows corrected and redone and some top lid eyeliner. I am very happy with the results including a change in colour on my brows as the previous ones had a blue like tinge which I hated.
