Went in today with my son to get a hair cut and we didnt have an appointment (silly me!). After waiting half an hour we had to leave because we were going to see Santa, as we walked out the door we apologised and said we had to go explaining our situation. When Lorraine heard that we wanted a hair cut for Santa pictures she sorted it all out for us! Thank you so much to the guys who let us skip the que and go ahead of them and thank you so much to Lorraine and the lovely guy who cut my son's hair (sorry I never got your name!). Today there were 4 persons in front of me so I had the crazy idea I'd be served within an hour. So after waiting over an hour I handed in my loyalty card and left. First of all the other people which came after me shouldn't have to wait any longer and second of all I'd rather go to a barber where my custom is being appreciated. And if business is going that well, a customer who shows up only every few months won't be missed anyway. It also would be nice when entering you'd be notified that you wouldn't be helped within an hour's time. Unprofessional business in the extreme, do not go here unless you are friends with the employees. I was waiting for 50 minutes for haircut and was almost at the top of the queue when they let a friend skip eveyone waiting (approx 5 people) as he was "in a hurry". This is without him informing anyone that he was in hurry (if he was he should have arrived earlier) or staff asking everyone waiting if he could go ahead. My impression is that most customers are quite young and afraid to speak up, so that they feel that they can get away with this kind of ignorant behaviour. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone,I'm a regular of his .I always leave very satisfied with my fresh new haircut.He knows exactly what you want and meets all requirements.I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair,definitely one of the best barbers I've seen.I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.
