I've been a Triple Js fan for years. I think they do a lot of great things for the community and have a great selection of everything and anything that no where else in the Yukon has. Unfortunately my last visit wasn't the best experience: I had bought a vapour chamber and the sales person was very informative. The packaging was ripped and was obviously handled often - but whatever, I could let that slide. Went home to realized that my friend had broken my device that the pa...rt was for. Simple enough, I'll just return the part since I didn't have a need for it anymore. After waiting five minutes for the sales guy to get off the phone (claimed he was talking to his boss, I'm sure boss would understand if you cut the convo short to help a patiently waiting costumer). I explained my problem and I asked for credit (not refund). Sales guy was a little offensive and told me he couldn't help me unless he sees the device and provide evidence that it was actually broken. I wasn't about to defend myself and explain that my own pen that I had bought outside your establishment was in the trash. I saw no correlation between the part I was returning and providing evidence of something that had nothing to do with the store. I said thank you and walked away. I still would've been okay at that point (out $30 bones, but whatevs), except for as I was walking out he continued to yell at me. Saying something like "no one would accept a return without showing..." I booked it out of there, so I didn't hear the last part. Anywho! I'm fine with the garbage package. I would've accepted wasting money (after some explanation). I'm not okay with having a sales representative yell at me as I walk out the store. I wish for better days Js.
