1. They are a clean shop
2. Process was easy and explained clearly to what I would need to expect.
3. The staff from the front end to the artists are friendly, polite, and easy to talk to.
4. This shop has years of experience in the tattoo industry. They have the catalogs of work to back them. The artists know their stuff. This made me feel safe and confident in my choice.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with these talented artists.

I got a large piece done here by Pat (part owner I believe) and I love it. It took a while to get in to see him but it was well worth the wait! I would highly recommend pat or anyone at this shop.

went here for a cover up of my old tattoo. waited a year to get in and paid 175/hr but never got it covered properly. after asking repeatedly to finish covering it,the artist (shop owner) refused and said i would have to go elsewhere for a fix. being left with a big red spot in a black and grey tattoo after $900 and a year's wait? i wouldnt suggest this place for a cover...they may not finish it.

I have a blast with these guys! Very friendly, funny, at home feel, and so artistically talented! I urge anyone who wants to get their first tattoo to come here, and those that have had one done, keep on going!

I heard good things about SOME of the people who work there but unfortunately the atmosphere was completely undesirable.When I went in for a consultation in the morning one day, who I later found out was the owner was yelling in the shop and also talking bad about his other employees.Not professional AT ALL!!!(Those things should never be discussed in front of your clients and potential clients) . After talking with a friend who got work done there I will not be booking after all, when she told me it was a tenseatmosphere when she got worked on....I would rather go somewhere that I know its NOT going to be a tense atmosphere when im trying my best to relax. Sorry RITES OF PASSAGE I WILL USE MY RIGHT TO GO ELSEWHERE.
