My good friend recently got her tounge peirced and when we got there they were not polite at all and weren’t welcoming. They did not let her choose the colour of her piercing and did not let her choose where on her tounge she wanted it. I was a bit hesitant about Veronica piercing her tounge. After she did it was way too far to the left and was noticeably crooked. I do not recommend going to this place as my experience was not good at all. I’m just disappointed. Read Less

Veronica is very professional and great at piercing position and relaxing you for the piercing. And if its not to your satisfaction she will redo the piercing at no cost! She will also put in jewelry for you because sometimes its hard for you to do with the small parts in awkward areas Read Less

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. The design was supposed to be ready beforehand to approve and she didn't even have it done in time for the appointment. She told me to come back an hour and a half later. Read Less

I came in to have two dermals done and left with one because it was pierced crooked so she took it out. We had both agreed it was crooked. I came back two weeks later and not only was I not helped for 25 minutes after my appointment time but my dermal was pierced crooked again. We both knew it was but I told her I wasn't risking the scarred tissue and that I'd keep it. I've never written a review for something before but I figured people should know. Read Less

I went to ON2U for my very first tattoo and to say I'm extremely satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. From the very beginning to the very end, the staff was so helpful and made me feel like I was in great hands. Since it was my first tattoo experience, I didn't know what to expect whatsoever. The receptionist was incredibly helpful with my consult, booking my appointment, and letting me know exactly what I needed when I came in to get my tattoo. Veronica, ...the owner, was the artist who completed my tattoo and she made sure I was 100% satisfied with the design before she began. She pulled the brand new needle out of the case in front of my eyes and sterilized everything while I was sitting in the room. She put cleanliness first which was a huge priority for me. Veronica also did EXACTLY what I asked for with my design and I could not be happier with the turn out! I would like to leave a review about my experience , first off walking in the lady working behind the was very pleasant and seemed very organized , she was very good at handling the large amount of people walking through the door, obviously this is a popular place! Me and my family came in for memorial tattoos with Julian which we had changed our appointments last minute and he was doing our ideas kinda last minute, but he really made it all come together! his work is amazing... and the color picture tattoo he did was unbelievably perfect, could not have turned out better, our script tattoos were perfect, this guy does amazing clean sharp lines, we are so impressed, as for the other people in the shop they were very friendly, I believe the lady Veronica who owns this place runs an amazing shop, she was very busy , still smiling an overall a great vibe, the place is clean , open and not dark! There is actually nice big bright windows, this is the first tattoo shop I've been in and felt welcomed where you can sit relax have a great experience. Everybody is very knowledgable and doesn't make you feel dumb asking questions, deffinantly the most friendly people at this place! As we'll I will deffinantly be going back to see Julian referring all my friends to go down and see Julian, you can tell he takes pride in his art!
