The whole staff is friendly, professional, and patient. It's really a great environment to get tattooed in. I have never been to this shop in person, because I have a friend who got a backpiece from Jody. It is embarrassingly aweful....it is not only horribly shaded/outlined, some of the lettering is backwards!!!!!! It looks like that no regerts commercial!!!! Now she is in the process of trying to get the entire atrocity removed...If this is the best Saskatoon has to offer......Drive further away, I promise it will be worth the extra time and gas!!I've recommended she start entering it in the worst tattoo category at conventions...At least she could win some awards and maybe even some free tattoo removal!! Visiting the shop in 3 weeks, but very, very happy with how the email and phone correspondence between myself and the shop so far. Coming in for a coverup in August, but they've taken the time to not only ask me about the ideas I've had and have built off of them! they've also been extremely sympathetic towards my situation, as well as assuring me that they don't want to give me another horrible experience! they've also been very flexible with my appointment (work at a bank, no day off is guaranteed) I'm so excited to have someone in your shop cover up the mess I have at the moment! I honestly wouldn't even give this shop one star. I got my first tattoo here... I was beyond excited but my tattoo artist didnt share my enthusiasm. She was not friendly, when I wanted some things changed on her sketch she seemed annoyed. I should of left at that point but unfortunately I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The tattoo was rushed and had many flaws. It was obvious she didn't put much thought into it because it wasn't her "style" and I was just another quick customer. I would not recommend going here. I went in yesterday, and saw Steve to discuss my ideas for a memorial tat for my son, whom I lost to suicide in January. I brought in a picture of my idea, as well as a handwritten card with some wording I want to add. He was very patient, and listened to all of my ideas and concerns about placement and size. He photocopied the card(which surprised me, people have tried to cut wording out of other cards), had me send him the pic idea, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he comes up with. After rescheduling my tattoo more than once and changing my design, Aaron was very patient with me and the final product was amazing. He is very talented and I will definitely be going back to see him. These artists are in the customer service field and when you have a great experience don't forget to leave a generous tip.
