One of their ladies did a painfully poor job (I bled) and gave me a simple lobe piercing, but put the hole in crooked so that my first ear lobe piercing beside it runs into the other. It's difficult to put earrings in it, when the hole is in the path of another hole. Both holes are not equal distances apart. Avoid this place and go to a professional. The lady who works at the front was super nice and willing to help. I had my nose pierced here about 8 weeks ago, and the gal that pierced my nose was very good and helpful! They did a great job of my baby girls ear piercings. Taking one star off because I was told a few times I would be in soon and ended up waiting for about 2.5-3 hours with my 3 month old to get her ears done. But I probably just ended up picking a busy day lol. But the other star is because I had my dermal changed (2nd time changing it in the 7 years I've had it but simple dreams pierced it and changed it the first time) it fell out a week or less later and I have never had m...ine ever fall out. I twisted it back on with my fingers as best as I could but it feels like it's not flush to my face like it was before and I've even caught it on my shirts which has never happened before. You can see a spaced between so maybe it's just the size of the gem I picked out but it just doesn't look the same as it always had. That being said, I have had lots of piercings from this company back when they were in the golden mile and I've never had any problems. The girl was fast and very clean BUT my piercing was done incorrect. Got my smiley done and she literally pierced it with no skin. Now I have to get it re done somewhere else. Don't waste your money going here only to have to put more money down somewhere else. She did my friends nose and did a really good job though. Read Less

Got a botched piercing at the beginning of September, when I went in to get it looked at they told me it looked fine and replaced the jewelry. After getting a second opinion from another shop I was advised to remove the jewelry right away, when I notified holes for you they told me there was nothing they would do as I waited to long even though I came back within a week when I realized something wasn't right and that it was basically my fault that my piercing was wrong. I will never step foot in this store again and I'll make sure to tell others not to as well, there are far better shops with better pricing and staff that actually know what they are doing! Read Less
