I decided not to get a tattoo here due to creative differences. I understand that drawing an entirely new design is usually charged for. At the time, I wasn't told this, and I was green - having never gotten a tattoo before, I didn't know this. A little communication could have gone a long way, but sadly I decided not to go with the design as it was too big for my forearm, and the tattooist refused to draw it without compensation. I understand this is common practice, so I don't hold that against the tattoo artist. But a tattoo should fit the spot it's designed for, and in this case, I was looking for a scar cover up, so placement elsewhere wasn't an option. Read Less
