I have 2 tattoos done here & never had a problem. Edith does great work. I am very satisfied. ...But last visit, they booked an appointment for me 6-7 months in advance (because Edith was not available). Then instead of calling a couple of days/weeks ahead to remind me of my appointment (like everyone else does), they called to tell me that I've missed my appointment and that I've lost my $60 deposit. Then they asked if I wanted to re-book in another 6 months and pay another $60 deposit. Serioulsy? My bad for not managing my e-calendar diligently. But no alternative was given. My advice: Be diligent with your calendar if you want this rockstar artist. Their time seems to be more valuable than mine and business is good. Read Less
