I called into Adrenaline Ouest a few days in advance specifically to make an appointment for a design consultation before coming in on a later day for the actual tattoo. I explained that I was leaving town in a week, and was looking for an artist who would be able to design my tat in consultation with me, before doing the actual tattoo. I was told on the phone that Gino was free and would be available for a sit-down consultation, and was given an hourly rate for designing sessions. When I arrived a few days later for my appointment, Gino could not have seemed more rushed and uninterested in me. He dismissed the design as "very simple" and said they he would design it "on the spot" as he was doing the actual tattoo. When I explained that I wanted to first have the tattoo designed and think about it for a few days before coming back to have it done as I had previously explained on the phone (and I was willing to pay him separately for his time spent on the design), he said he did not have time as he had another appointment in 5 minutes, and would send me a sketch over Instagram in the next day or two. I explained that I was leaving town soon, and he said that he would send me a sketch in time so that I could come back to have it done before I left town. I messaged him and he did not get back to me until the night before I was set to leave town. For something as serious and permanent as a tattoo, this felt extremely unprofessional and did not feel personal at all. I asked many people before deciding to walk in! All had wonderful things to say about this establishment and their staff. I wanted to repierce my ears after having reconstruction surgery one year ago....and then I met Juliette!!! She was so calming and reassuring...my decision was made. First time at Adrenaline. I ended up going there for a couple of touch ups on tattoos done elsewhere that I wasn't entirely satisfied with. Couldn't have been happier with Chris P. and how comfortable he made me feel. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fixed what needed to be fixed! I honestly cannot imagine going to a different place. Sure - to some people it is just another tattoo and piercing place. To me, it's the one place I feel like I'm not being judged when I go in to get a new piercing or tattoo, or when I can't get my tragus piercing back in after having it come out.Read Less

Had my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced for the first time. I was nervous it might not be a kid friendly environment - but the overall experience was fantastic.
