I've done all my piercings here over the last 10 years. I kept going here, because the place is clean. They get the job done and they know what they're doing. As for service, there's something left to be desired. Maybe it's just me. My last piercing was done a year ago here. Every time I tried to ask a question the girl would walk away or chat at up with another employee. I asked her a few questions in French and English, but she kept answering me in French. It's fine. J'y suis allée pour une consultation et j'ai eu vraiment du mauvais service de la part de celui qui semble être le gérant ou propriétaire. Had been going for years, but now NO MORE! They used to have quality jewelry, but now they have fancy beads that they sell for 10$ each and that always break! I went back countless amounts of times for more beads and they always looked at me like I was doing something wrong. But the tattoo experience was the worst. A couple of months ago, I had done a tattoo by an artist, the tattoo took 2 sessions to complete. But after the second session, I noticed that the shading was different, the second flowers were a lot paler than the first ones. I thought maybe he changed his inks. When I went back to do touch-ups, he refused to do them because he didn't find that my tattoo needed touch-up! I had to get it fixed at another tattoo parlour!!! Not recommending this place anymore!
