I need all ink loving friends to know this.....and I'd give 0 stars if I could...please note one of the positive reviews below is a family member of the owner... I've been serviced horribly by Tatouage Collectif in Gatineau quebec. Please note this is a 2 hr drive one way for me. The owner lili started a significant and very important piece on my thigh...since she started June 1...it's not finished. I booked 6 sessions back to back and she cancelled July 22 session WHILE tattooing me on July 21! Keep in mind they were 3 hr sessions starting at 11am. On July 22...ms. lili Carriere posted about her vacation...claiming she hasn't taken vacation in 5 yrs...but weren't u just in NYC the week before my tattoo started?? She also made a comment after her machine died and switching to a silent gun that she will need to "increase my prices because I am faster with this machine". Greed. My next and last appointment was supposed to be this Sunday and she cancelled that today. I've asked for my deposit back and she responded, "I don't care about your deposit"...again, single parent and $100 is $100. This bad business. Looking for a different and better artist to finish MY tattoo. Please note: and share!! She said in her message to me "it happens to everyone"...I now see that meaning "I do it to everyone" as I've been receiving messages from ppl I don't even know on social media saying the same thing...shame on you lili...you have some fantastic artists there whose business will suffer under ur shop. Tatouage Collectif ' s owner (lili/nat) takes smoke breaks around every hour and it usually took 30-35mins after my appointment time started that she would actually start tattooing. She only accepts cash...and was told she only declares a portion of this...huh...wonder if revenue canada knows...only one way to find out. Shame on you... And as u see by her response she's offering another appointment one week later...which is my 40th birthday Lilli Carriere. .and not to mention a long weekend..she never asked if I was available and nor do I wish to spend my birthday with u. If anyone wants evidence of this...I can provide ..message me same name on fb. And the "rebate" she's referring to is my deposit. And Lilli or nat or whatever ur legal name is now...over one appointment? No sweetheart, that last appointment was the last straw. I told my friend last week I knew you would do this...you give that impression from day 1 that you are shady...I just never said anything. Keep the 100$ ur gunna need it when revenue finds out you are involved in tax evasion. Read Less
