All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is very clean, and Sharky and Jared were totally awesome. We came on Saturday morning for the walk-in day and were super please with how everything turned out. (Show up early!)(Don't bring anything to complicated!) The shop was very organized to deal with the big line up, and we were in the chair in about an hour. Our tattoos turned out great, and I would definitely go back to be tattooed by either of the guys. Sharky repaired a botched tattoo for me a couple of months back and it came out perfect, completely beyond what I thought could be done. He's also a great guy to chat with while you're getting your ink. Patrick did a septum piercing for me today. It also was done perfectly. He's super nice and was very soothing and calming. I find going to a tattoo and piercing place can be intimidating. I literally left about 5 minutes ago and had such a good experience I wanted to give a review right away. All of the people working at Ironside were super friendly, inviting, and helped me to feel comfortable- which is kind of important when someone is coming at you with a needle! Amazing quality, Sharky and Jared are both fantastic artists. The customer service is ridiculously great. I've been to a bunch of tattoo studios in the 13 years I've been getting tattooed, and they've all been good but they go above and beyond at Ironside. They listen to good music (IMO) while you're getting tattooed too. If you want a custom design, or have an idea of what you want but don't know exactly what, this is the perfect place to get it done. If you know exactly wh...at you want you can do that too. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted for the first tattoo I got there and then Sharky was like "what if we did this? and what about red instead of black so it stands out more?" and it was WAY better than what i had originally planned and I fucking love it now.
