I've been to Beth four times now and have had nothing but great experiences! The atmosphere at castaway is always laid back and relaxing... I never feel pressured or rushed as Beth works away on me and she never makes me feel bad for having a billion questions or asking for tweaking. The shop is always clean and tidy and I get tons of compliments on her work! Can't wait to go back again!

Excellent customer service, great banter between Beth and Scott and the customers. Place is clean and organized. There was never any pressure from either of them (Scott was working with a lovely lady who was a little hesitant). Beth did my wrist tattoo ("love mum" with flowers) she worked away diligently, patiently, we chatted, we laughed, Scott and his client joined in or we all bantered back and forth. We had fun.
The tattoo looks great and am very happy that I was referred to Beth for this. Great job Beth! Thanks for laughs, Scott you're a good sport lol! You two have a great working relationship and that's great for your customers to see and be a part of.

I had three tattoos that were NOT well done at all. (Including one that I wanted to peel the skin right off my arm to get rid of it.) A good friend recommended that I talk to Beth about them so I sent her photos and told her what was wrong and she thought she could fix them up. And fix them up she did! The worst one now looks almost PERFECT. And the other two look awesome also. Beth was quite personable and easy to talk to and the whole atmosphere in the place was very upbeat and fun. Will be going back soon to get a couple of new ones done!
