Been dealing with NANH (east) since 2003... Anastasia has always been spot on, whether it's been for my piercings or any of the events we produced (which she's always sponsored). It's great working with businesses like this and I sometimes wonder when I read negative reviews if they are speaking about the same person? Haha! I've been there numerous times when she's corrected mistakes (caused by other shops within the city) often FREE of charge... I can't help but wonder if there was communication breakdown when someone writes a negative review because I can't imagine her ever being disrespectful or unprofessional to customers. Besides offering a comfortable environment, this shop offers a great variety on quality smoking accessories, 20 years of experience and supports more local events than any other shop in town. I don't usually write reviews - especially negative ones - but people need to know how unprofessional this piercer is. I went to see her last summer for a triple forward helix. She was unsure about whether or not the piercing would fit in my ear so instead of saying "no, I'm not going to try because I don't think it will work" she just went ahead and put my ear though hell. first jewellery she tried didn't fit so she took it out and tried another size. That one didn't fit. took that one out and tried yet another size. It was only THEN that she decided that the piercing wouldn't work and I got 2 piercings instead of 3. Never have I bled so much from a piercing. the actual process of the needle going through was excruciatingly slow and I was close to throwing up/passing out. The jewellery she used for the other two piercings were way too short (confirmed by a reputable piercer) and the swelling was so bad that I ended up removing the piercings all together. I asked if I should do sea salt soaks and she said "do whatever you want" I have found a piercer that has done all my piercings since and I will be going to her from now on. Read Less

I haven't had a piercing since I was 14 and when I walked in, I was nervous and bit whiny. Anastasia was amazing, friendly and professional, and let me know what she was doing while she was doing it. I will most definitely be back once my daith heals. I need more new holes!! Read Less

Anastasia pierced my daughter's ears today. She also did my other child's ears a few years back. There's no one else I would trust. She's professional, quick, and personable.
