Stupid I went to get a helix piercing and me and mom waited there for an half an hour just for someone to come talk to us there were standing watching us stand there!!! I haven't come in yet, so I can't give an accurate review, but the website needs some serious work. It didn't tell me anything about the prices of the piercings, which is the only reason I would come in. It didn't tell me the minimum age requirement for the piercings, so I don't even know if it would be a waste of my time or not. Read Less

Went in for incredibly simple tattoo and the "artist" Jason messed it up. A few weeks later and he refused to touch it up for free. Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. The parlor and tools were clean but I would never recommend Jason to anyone. Go somewhere else. Read Less

Bad experience. Didnt even have the chance to get a tattoo. Horrible customer service. The artists were completely rude. All they did was complain they weren't getting paid enough. They told me if I wanted to change my appointment I had to call a week in adavance. Which I did, I asked for a weekend because I work full time. They tried to book me 3 weeks later for a weekday afternoon appointment. Would not work with me on an appointment date. Went in to collect my deposit back, made me sit there and wait.
