Absolutly incredible shop. I am very honoured to be able to go back in again!. The art is incredible and the prices are worth it. With my anxiety issues I was able to be blunt, and just Mention; I may or may not talk. haha. it depends on the person. I felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed and just being able to see Toms art unfold makes you excited for more!. Your basic tattoo parlor. Nothing outstanding here. Extremely unprofessional. Got a very simple tattoo done that I easily over paid for. Our artist didn't even introduce himself or tell us the price of the tattoo until after it was finished. It was an extremely awkward and unwelcoming environment all around. Isn't my first tattoo, thank god. If you want something simple done, not a bad spot... if you're looking to get your first tattoo though, please, go else where. Insight is my go to tattoo shop in Sarnia. Jenn and Tom are very talented artists. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo. My girlfriend just got several piercings done at Insight. Mel was soo awesome! I had many annoying questions to ask (I know nothing about piercings) but she was super helpful and answered all of them. She was very professional and made us both feel at ease and comfortable. I have had 4 tattoos done by Tom Kremer this year so far....2 simple meaningful wrist tats, a full color piece on my forearm....and...he did an absolutely fantastic redo on an old tattoo that I had hated for years before. His work is absolutely incredible, original and well worth any cost. He is friendly, approachable and professional. The tattoo studio is extremely clean and adherence to sterility practices is on point. I would recommend the shop for anyone from newbies to tattoo addicts (everyone's an addict after one).
