These people here were so unbelievably rude. I stood at the counter waiting for 20 mins while the piercers who didn’t acknowledge my presence stood outside the store for a smoke and a chat with their sketchy looking friends. I went out and asked about pricing and they gave me one word answers then turned away and continued their conversations. I continued to wait longer than I should have so I just left. Got a helix peircing from here about 4 weeks ago. The peircer hardly explained anything about after care and I had to ask him about it as opposed him telling me. If I hadn't asked he probably wouldn't have said anything. I bought the over priced $30 package which is just Cetaphil and some qtips with cleaning stuff in them. I just didn't want it to get infected. The peicer did do a good job actually putting the needle through and was clean. However now it is infected. After speaking to others about it, many said after care should have just been salt water or saline and to not rotate the jewelery. I was told to clean with the qtips and rotate the jewelry in the shower after cleaning it with Cetaphil. Also, I should have been asked about senstivities and given the option for titanium as opposed to surgical steel. Bottom line, don't do it. Read Less

My first tattoo and for a sentimental occasion. I felt uncomfortable at first but the girl working there talked a little gentler with me to ensure I found the right design for me. The tattoo artist was clean, precise and so talented. It looks fabulous. Better than I expected. Read Less

We were in last weekend for some ink. Staff were great to work with, personable and professional. Shop was clean, great atmosphere and experience( not to mention saving me from a parking ticket!) Our artist Jay did an amazing job at both capturing the essence of the work we wanted and executed it EXACTLY the way we wanted. Highly recommended .. so much infact I'll hopefully be seeing him again next weekend for more! Read Less

I wouldn't recommend this place guy kept lookin up out the window in the middle of tattooing n just got his face tattoo before he tattoo me I thought it was great at the time but realize now even with the stencil the line thickness n point length are off I'm pretty bummed n havta get it covered by somethin bigger I suppose total let down fer a place called perfect image Read Less
